UK Deliveries

Postage within the UK is included within the price of your order. UK orders over £100 are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed - Next Day service. This is a guaranteed next day service delivered before 1pm and a signature is required upon delivery. Christmas decoration and items under £100 are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

International Deliveries

All International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Please allow 10 working days for delivery from date of dispatch.
Additional charges apply for shipment using alternative courier companies. Please email before placing your order to arrange this. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or VAT that may arise through delivery of the order to your country.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your piece of jewellery or silversmithing from Elizabeth Jane Campbell, however if you are not fully satisfied please contact Elizabeth within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with original packaging within 28 days of receiving your order. All returns are at the customers own risk and return postage is at the expense of the customer. We recommend you use a registered insured delivery service.

We cannot accept returns on any personalised or bespoke orders so please take extra care when ordering and commissioning these pieces.
