By placing an order through the website you agree to the following terms and conditions.


All work remains property of Elizabeth Jane Campbell until full payment is received. Payment online is made through a third party payment gateway. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer please email elizabethjanejewellery@gmail.com. When a payment has been made you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.


Update on the current COVID-19 situation

  • The online shop is still open to purchase items that are in stock. If you would like to commission a piece or discuss a design please email.

  • Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 delivery on orders might take longer than usual. I am following strict guidelines and as always cleanliness is a priority when wrapping items. All pieces of jewellery and silverware are cleaned before packaging along with regular hand washing.

  • All items in stock will be dispatched within 7 days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

  • I will continue to use Royal Mail and adhere to strict guidelines when sending items. There are a few changes to the Royal Mail Special delivery service which can be found here.

  • International Tracked & Signed service may experience delays. If it is not possible to deliver through this service I will email to let you know.

All Jewellery items are packaged and presented in a branded jewellery box.


We hope you will be happy with your piece of jewellery or silversmithing from Elizabeth Jane Campbell, however if you are not fully satisfied please contact Elizabeth within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with original packaging within 28 days of receiving your order. All returns are at the customers own risk and return postage is at the expense of the customer. We recommend you use a registered insured delivery service.

We cannot accept returns on any personalised or bespoke orders so please take extra care when ordering and commissioning these pieces.
