By placing an order through the website you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. All work remains property of Elizabeth Jane Campbell until full payment is received. Payment online is made through a third party payment gateway. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer please email elizabethjanejewellery@gmail.com. When a payment has been made you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. Please contact Elizabeth via e-mail should this situation arise.

Delivery

The online shop is open to purchase items that are in stock. If you would like to commission a piece, discuss a custom design, or order an item which is out of stock, please email elizabethjanejewellery@gmail.com.
All items in stock will be dispatched within 7 days or order. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail and tracking information will be forwarded by email. Please note, Elizabeth Jane Campbell is not responsible for any orders that experience delays due to the postal service.

Packaging

All Jewellery items are packaged and presented in a branded jewellery box.
If you would like the exterior packaging to be unbranded, please email Elizabeth to request this.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your piece of jewellery or silversmithing from Elizabeth Jane Campbell, however if you are not fully satisfied please contact Elizabeth within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene reasons however, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless faulty. All returns are at the customers own risk and return postage is at the expense of the customer. We recommend you use a registered insured delivery service.
We cannot accept returns on any personalised or bespoke orders so please take extra care when ordering and commissioning these pieces.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
